04 / BEFORE WE START

Good questions. Clear answers.

What should I send first?

Your goal, audience and the main thing the product needs to do. Existing links, designs or a brief are useful, but a finished specification is not required to begin the conversation.

Can you work with an existing product?

Yes. First we review the current interface, code and constraints. Then we propose a scope for redesign, development or integration.

How are price and timing decided?

After discussing the scope, dependencies and deliverables. We set the commercial terms in the proposal rather than promise one price or deadline for every project.

How do reviews and changes work?

We agree review points and acceptance criteria before work starts. Changes outside the agreed scope are assessed before implementation.

What happens after launch?

Handover, access, documentation and any ongoing support are included explicitly in the proposal. We discuss maintenance separately to keep responsibilities clear.

Which languages can we use?

You can start the conversation in English, Russian or Armenian.

CASE / AFA

A connected football product

Mobile client · Web admin · API

Actual AFA Fantasy squad: a 3-3-1 formation, player cards and tactical controls

The task

Bring amateur leagues, teams, players and matches into a shared digital system, with different interfaces for different roles.

The scope

React Native mobile development, a NestJS API and shared contracts, alongside the React + Vite web admin with Content Maker and shop-management interfaces.

The design decision

The Fantasy squad is arranged on a pitch with player cards and tactical controls. The player profile brings together position, OVR, XP and form; the training section shows the daily training count and a VIP-training action. The supplied arena screenshot is explicitly a training match.

The development result

The screens document a football product with team tactics, match discovery, a fantasy squad and a training arena. The organiser-facing web admin adds content production and shop editing.

THE ORGANISER SIDE

The organiser’s workspace

The web admin brings content production and the league shop into one workspace. Content Maker combines post templates, themes, text editing and a live preview. The shop editor exposes product details, pricing, stock, colour and size variants, with a card preview.

Real screens from the local AFA admin in its built-in dark theme. The tournament and eight players use an isolated demo database. The post and Football boots product were not saved or published.

Content Maker · Team of the Week

Eight selected demo players, a 2–3–2 formation and a fully rendered Team of the Week preview in the real dark-theme editor. Captured without publishing.

Arman BAU

Services, projects and content control

German website · Portfolio · Custom CMS

Actual Arman BAU homepage with construction photography

The task

Present a construction and renovation company in Schwerin to a German-speaking audience and make its services and projects easy to explore.

The scope

A German-language website with dedicated service pages, a project portfolio, an enquiry form and a custom management console.

The design decision

The homepage pairs a clear service introduction with real construction photography. Dedicated pages let visitors explore individual services and completed work.

The development result

The custom console lets the owner publish projects and photographs without editing code. The homepage shown here was rendered from the original project source.

CallTech

From service choice to enquiry

Service catalogue · Quote requests · Stripe

Actual CallTech smart home and security service interface

The task

Make smart-home and security installation services in Sunnyvale understandable, from a single camera to a wider home setup.

The scope

A web experience combining a service catalogue, quote requests and Stripe deposit payment links.

The design decision

Organise the offer around installation services and clear scopes of work. Give visitors a way to request a quote rather than make them interpret a technical equipment list.

The development result

A service interface connects discovery, enquiries and deposit payment flows. The screenshot documents the real web project; payment volume and conversion outcomes are not asserted.
